Commute: Dover Parkview to NTU

Our main research center will be in the CREATE building in University Town, which is adjacent to the National University of Singapore. That facility is a 20 minute walk from our apartment. However, our floor in the CREATE building is not yet ready. So, for this visit, I commuted daily about 15 km to the campus of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), where I was assigned a visitor's office. The commute took 45-55 minutes, consisting of three main stages: (a) Walk to the Dover MRT station (photos 1-5); (b) take the train six stops to the Pioneer MRT station (photos 6-9); and then (c) take a (free) shuttle bus about 3 km up the hill to NTU (photos 10-12). These photos were taken on the last day when I only traveled into campus for a mid afternoon meeting. Normally, it is much more crowded!
